1. General Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. All orders are processed and inspected before shipment to ensure quality. We work with reliable international shipping carriers to deliver your handmade leather bags safely and on time.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard international shipping on all orders over 240 USD. Orders below 240 USD will be charged a standard flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, most international deliveries take:

  • 7–15 business days to the United States, Canada, Europe, and most major countries
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or public holidays

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable international logistics services including ePacket, YunExpress, 4PX, and other trusted postal or courier services. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address with your tracking number. You may track your package on the carrier’s official website using this number.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

8. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to re‑ship it. Additional shipping fees may apply. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas or restricted regions may have limited or no delivery service. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
